Be Young

Of course, Man-of-Forty or Forty-five, you are going to have some aches and pains; you are not able to stand, physically, what you did 20 years ago, but what can you expect?  You think it is a sign that you are going into decay, and you are rapidly failing because you cannot do a lot of useless things requiring much energy.  And if you have favored yourself and taken as little exercise as possible in the last 10 years, perhaps you would better sit up and take account of yourself and your future.  However, most men lose their grip just because they simply give up.  And having given up, they do the rest by thinking themselves into the discard.
